Black viscous strong liquid in drain,
Going along every residential lane,
Rotten smell, nuisance to all,
Dirty sight in front of the mall,

Obnoxious and horrible open sewer,
flows fearless like a pretty river,
mother of diseases and parasites,
Impacts real estate by it's ugly sights,

Hatred and tolerance coexist for sewage,
Deserves to be on newspaper front page,
Strict action by municipal authorities,
Open drainage must reach top priorities,

Rains flood and bring this water inside,
Sewage flows into fresh water pipe on side,,
Authorities keep on recording illness cases,
Unable to fix the underlying basis,

Citizens, write letters to Municipality,
Stop waiting to experience casualty,
Be strict on this matter, it's your right,
No open drain should flow in your sight,

Constitution Article 48A, grants this,
All citizens have right to live in bliss,
however they must also write and complain,
Or its assumed they can tolerate the pain!
